Serving East Orlando & Surrounding Communities

A local electrician who knows your neighborhood — and shows up when you need help.

Where We Work

East Orlando Electric is based in Orlando, FL and serves communities throughout East Orlando and the greater Central Florida area. If you're east of downtown Orlando — from Avalon Park to Oviedo, from Union Park to Lake Nona — there's a good chance we've already worked in your neighborhood.

We also regularly serve clients in the city of Orlando proper and in surrounding communities that don't always make the "east" list but are just a short drive from our base. Not sure if you're in our service area? Call us. If we can't get to you, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Our service area covers both residential and light commercial properties. From single-family homes in Waterford Lakes to small business locations in the Goldenrod corridor, we bring the same quality and honesty to every job regardless of size.

Why Local Matters

There's no shortage of electricians in the Orlando area, but not all of them are actually from here. Here's why choosing a local, community-based contractor makes a real difference.

Faster Response Times

When you call a local electrician, you're not waiting for someone to drive across the metro. Our team is already on this side of Orlando, which means shorter wait times and quicker appointments.

Familiar with Local Homes

East Orlando neighborhoods include homes from the 1970s through new construction. We've worked in all of them. We know the wiring patterns, the common panel brands, and the quirks that come with each era of local building.

Part of the Community

Our team lives and works in these same neighborhoods. We're not a corporate contractor dispatching from a call center. When we do good work for a neighbor, word gets around — and that matters more to us than any advertising.

Accountable to Local Clients

A local contractor has real skin in the game. We stand behind our work because we'll see you again — at the grocery store, at a neighborhood HOA meeting, or when your neighbor refers us. Our reputation is built one job at a time.

Familiar with East Orlando's Homes

The housing stock in East Orlando spans several decades. Neighborhoods like Azalea Park and Union Park include homes built in the 1960s and 70s — many still running on older wiring systems that weren't designed for modern electrical loads. Newer developments like Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes have their own considerations, including higher smart-home demands and EV charging infrastructure.

We understand these homes because we've worked in them for years. That means fewer surprises once we're on site, faster diagnosis of problems, and repairs that actually hold up long-term.

If you're dealing with an electrical issue in an older East Orlando home — or if you're upgrading a newer property — East Orlando Electric is the team that knows what to expect before we even walk through the door.
